Shipping policy

Delivery information:

We only deliver in Australia.

Delivery costs are applied to the order prior to the order being submitted.

We offer free delivery for orders over $150.00. Orders less than $150.00 will incur a delivery charge of $10.00 for a standard delivery and $15.40 for an express delivery.

In the unlikely event that any item/s in an order are subjected to unexpected delays you will be contacted via email or by telephone to advise that the item/s have been placed on back order and to be provided with an expected delivery date. At this time, you can either cancel the items from your order or wait until the backordered item/s are back in stock.

Delivery to any destination in Australia will be registered by Australia Post services or a local courier with a tracking number. Please allow 3 - 10 business days for delivery of your goods from the date on which the order is dispatched. A dispatch email will be sent when the goods are dispatched with the tracking number.

Incorrect information:

Delivery costs are calculated based on the information provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order. Where a delivery address is incomplete, incorrect or otherwise undeliverable, our postage providers (Australia Post, or local courier) may charge additional fees for parcel returns and collections. These fees will be charged to the customer prior to the re-release of the order. We will make contact with you in these instances to confirm delivery details prior to processing any additional fees (and prior to re-releasing goods).
