Creamy Anchovy

A Provençal speciality, this spread is made from deboned, desalted anchovy fillets, finely blended with capers and finished with a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients: Anchovy paste 25% (anchovies 20%, salt, olive oil), olive oil, water, rapeseed oil, white wine, capers (capers, water, salt, vinegar), plant fibres (wheat, flax and citrus), mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt), spices and aromatic herbs.
Allergen information: Contains FISH, WHEAT and MUSTARD. May contain traces of CRUSTACEANS, TREE NUTS, MILK, MOLLUSCS, EGG and SESAME.Storage instructions: Best before the date indicated on the lid. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours.
