Maison Rougié presents a gift set of two foies gras, allowing you to discover the two iconic products of the house: whole goose foie gras and whole duck foie gras.

PREPARATION ADVICE

The day before, place the product in the refrigerator. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Open the jar. Using a smooth-bladed knife (previously warmed under hot water), loosen the foie gras from the jar by sliding the blade between the foie gras and the jar wall. To slice portions, warm the knife blade or use a foie gras slicer. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
