DUCK MOUSSE W/ARMAGNAC TIN - 200g

A festive dish, delicious for any occasion.
Duck mousse flavoured with Armagnac, one of the specialties of Jean Larnaudie. Serve cold as a starter or with a salad, a delight!

Preparation: To taste very fresh, on a slice of toast, accompanied by a little salt and a touch of spices (pepper or Espelette pepper for example)

Ambient storage temperature. Store after opening, keep in the refrigerator and eat within 24 hours.
