Albert Ménès Organic Green Tapenade is crafted in the heart of Provence using organically grown green olives harvested at perfect ripeness. Its exceptionally high olive content of 81% gives it remarkable depth of flavour.

The olives are carefully crushed to retain their naturally firm, slightly crisp texture. The pure olive paste is then delicately enhanced with three ingredients: capers, a touch of garlic and freshly ground exotic pepper.
