ROSE PETAL PRESERVE

Albert Ménès Rose Petal Preserve is one of the great specialties of Maison Albert Ménès, crafted from Centifolia roses, also known as May Roses. This delicate preserve perfectly captures the subtle fragrance of this exceptional flower. The roses used are handpicked at dawn during the month of May in Provence.

An Exceptional Natural Rose Preserve

Albert Ménès Rose Petal Preserve is entirely natural, made without added colouring or artificial flavourings. The colour and fragrance of these roses are truly unique and world-renowned, as they are also used in the composition of the iconic Chanel No. 5 perfume.

A Meticulous Craftsmanship

Because rose petals are extremely delicate, each petal is separated by hand and processed immediately. Every jar is then individually checked to ensure the petals are beautifully arranged inside. Only once this perfect harmony is achieved are the jars labelled and prepared for sale.
