The strawberries used in this jam belong to the Sengana variety, known for their bright red colour and wonderfully sweet, fragrant flavour. The absence of artificial colouring and preservatives, combined with the addition of sugar and fruit pectin, gives this jam a smooth, melting texture while enhancing its most delicate aromas.

Made with strawberries candied at the end of the cooking process, this jam also contains pieces of strawberry with a firmer texture for an even more indulgent tasting experience.
