With over 90 years of baking experience, our supplier faithfully reproduces the production processes for one of the oldest breads in the world. Unleavened bread dates back to the time of the Hebrews. When they were rushing to leave Egypt, the Hebrew bakers did not have time to let their bread rise. They thus created unleavened bread.
