A classic duck foie gras delicately seasoned with salt, pepper, and a touch of Armagnac, offering a smooth texture and refined flavour. Perfect for elegant appetisers and special occasions.


PREPARATION ADVICE

The day before, place the product in the refrigerator. Remove the product from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Open both ends of the can using a can opener. Using one of the ends, gently push the product out of the can to unmould it. Slice using a smooth-bladed knife previously warmed under hot water or a foie gras slicer. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume promptly.
